Practically perfect! Such a lovely property. Had every thing we could possibly wish for. Definitely coming back. We would definitely recommend this gorgeous property. Literally 3mins away from beautiful beach.
Amanda N7 October 2023Everything on hand for a wonderful holiday Excellent accomodation ,very clean,comfortable and extremely well equipped. We were impressed with the fact that we could walk to the beach,shops and restaurants in about 4 minutes . Our teenage grandson was very happy playing pool with us in the games room and of course watching Netflix etc ! We all had a great time and the weather was fantastic which made it even better. Visitors should visit the Hillside Shire Horse sanctuary which is now free to enter and is a super day out for families.(only 15 minutes away by car)

dantitanic3 May 2022Our sixth stay - as good as ever! We have stayed at the Old Coach House six times and it's as good as ever. The cleanliness, facilities, location etc. are superb. The property is located in a very quiet lane only a couple of minutes from Cromer town centre. Private Parking is easy, right outside the front door, there is a nice private outdoor seating area and also a separate games room (pool table, darts etc,) We cannot fault this place and always book for next year while we are still in residence!
Jill W1 January 2022Super location, everything you need. Full of character and right in the middle of town, yet quiet, as it is down a mews lane. In a few minutes you are on the seafront, right by the pier. One minute walk from the high street shops. The property has everything you might need including super-fast broadband and a games room. The kitchen is well appointed and spotless, I really enjoyed my stay here, the locals are so friendly too. Excellent location down a quiet lane and yet everything that Cromer has to offer is just a few minutes walk away. The property was clean and well presented and very well stocked with everything we needed, it really was like a 'home from home'. Good size bedrooms for the family, and a lovely warm and cosy feel about the house. The kitchen had everything I needed & it was great to use Netflix & the Echo Dot too. A wonderful historic property with many modern touches. This is the second time I've stayed & I'll definitely be back.
Global4622488771224 October 2021Well located and equipped cottage with ample parking Myself, husband, parents and dog recently stayed at the cottage for a week. The cottage is spacious, in a great central location a few minutes walk from town and has the most well equipped kitchen I have come across in a rental (and a lot better than many people's houses!). Added bonus to have two well sized parking spaces that close to town which were more than ample for two estate cars. There is a small outside courtyard which is pleasant to sit out in for a drink. We are fortunate that our dog doesn't need to repeatedly go out so this suited us perfectly but wouldn't suit those with dogs that need a garden/outside space. I note the recent review about cleanliness - we didn't find any issues with the cottage during our stay. Whilst there are a few areas which could benefit from a lick of paint/updating this isn't atypical in a rental property that likely suffers significant wear and tear over the course of a season and doesn't in my mind detract from the property. Would recommend this property for those looking for a centrally located cottage with good amenities, ample parking and decent inside space.

Rob Mallett22 September 2023Stayed at the old coach house for the weekend, for a wedding. The house is fantastic, well equipped for all ages, some great little thoughtful touches in the house aswell. It was very clean and beds are comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach and the town. Would definitely recommend this house, for a family holiday in Norfolk.
chris knight22 March 2022This is a lovely place to stay for a Cromer visit, so very close to town. Ideal if you are able bodied as the stairs did seem a little steep and the main bathroom is downstairs. It was warm and cozy though with an excellently equipped kitchen if you choose to cook but why bother when you have so many restaurants so close at hand. I cannot express in words how comfy and pleasant the bedrooms are. Needless to say we will be booking for another visit very soon.

Beds were super comfortable, the house was clean throughout, very well equipped property and set in a great location too. Was great to also have use of Netflix, Amazon Prime & Echo Dot as well - all in all, a perfect stay!

Ian Osborne24 October 2020We holidayed here for 10 nights from 5th July after being in lockdown since March. Paul and nicky were amazingly helpful in helping us with our dates and patiently supportive of our needs. The property is in an excellent location just 5 minutes from seafront, or town centre, and is in a residential area that is very quiet and relaxing. The property itself is cosy and comfortable, well equipped with the added advantage of Netflix and Alexa being available. The bonus was in having a games room, with pool table and darts, which we enjoyed most evenings as a mixed age group family, it was really lovely to have some family fun Also we had grocery deliveries from asda and tesco during our stay without any problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and we will definitely be returning at a later date.
